A honeycomb concrete structure with structural rebar (2,5,6) and its manufacturing method. The concrete structure is made up of steel mesh (1) made of structural web reinforcement (2,5,6) and honeycomb concrete precast module around it. The honeycomb material is built in the precast module to make the structural steel bar (2,5,6) and precast module integrated into one body. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: 1, with steel mesh requirements (1) the structure of mesh reinforcement (2,5,6); 2, the preparation of honeycomb concrete prefabricated modules; 3, preparation for pouring concrete honeycomb materials; 4, prefabricated modules and structural mesh reinforcement (2,5,6) of the reinforced structures; 5, in the concrete pouring of honeycomb prefabricated modules in space. Compared with the traditional reinforced concrete structure, the weight of the concrete structure is reduced by more than 60%, and the seismic effect of the building is enhanced.
