船舶上有一些情况下会使用到软梯绞车，例如领航员软梯绞车等。软梯绞车由于其起到的作用要求收放方便即可。现有的软梯绞车结构通常如图1所示，其结构包括转轴1、固定在转轴两端的圆盘2、安装两个圆盘的两个平行支架3及与两个平行支架相连的连杆4，软梯卷绕后，软梯5及上面的踏板6置于转轴1及连杆4之间。由于在软梯绞车两侧一般会放置绞缸和孔等结构，使软梯绞车的结构空间受到限制，软梯绞车上往往存放不了全部的软梯5，需要有部分软梯堆在平台7上，如图2及图3所示。但是万一操作不当，会导致太多的软梯5卷入绞车内，则软梯上的踏板6极有可能被卡在上层甲板的结构之间，导致软梯5难以释放，需要靠人工加工具一点点的拉出来，造成使用极为不便。
技术实现思路
