本技术的目的是提供一种改良电极片，由电极片和薄型水胶体敷料组成，所用电极片与皮肤接触面涂有耦合剂，另一面中心部位有金属扣，薄型水胶体敷料中间开有一个圆孔，薄型水胶体敷料的大小为4cm*4cm，中间开有的圆孔与金属扣外缘大小相同。先粘贴电极片，再用薄型水胶体敷料进行覆盖固定。金属扣与心电监护用的导联线连接。本技术是针对普通电极片引起的皮炎、过敏，而设计的一种改良电极片，去除了与皮肤接触并容易引起的皮炎、过敏的外围致敏部分，用薄型水胶体敷料固定电极片和皮肤，既保护皮肤又增加患者舒适度。...
