防健忘钥匙制造技术

防健忘钥匙，是一种能够提醒使用者门是否锁好的钥匙。钥匙主体分为头部和尾部，通过销结构链接，并实现简单的旋转功能。通过钥匙头部的标记，达到提醒使用者门是否锁好的目的。本实用新型专利技术将钥匙主体分为两部分，对未插入锁内的部分进行改进。主要有弹簧和4条导向槽，根据使用习惯，锁门时向右(向左)旋转钥匙，则在钥匙扭柄位置上做标记，每一次锁门时通过自然按压打开锁扣，使得钥匙扭柄部分先转动，随后插入锁芯部分转动，开始锁门动作，完成锁门动作时，松开钥匙，弹簧自动将钥匙扭柄顶出。在拔出钥匙后，因为导向槽部分的限制，此时钥匙扭柄和圆柱体两部分已经不能发生相对转动，使用者可以根据钥匙上的标记，判断出是否将门锁好。
