剃须刀刀头制造技术

一种剃须刀刀头(100)，包括刀头框(10)、剃须刀片(20)、独立的修剪单元(30)及润滑条(50)。刀头框包含前框壁(11)、后框壁(12)及将前框壁和后框壁连成一体的侧框壁(13)。剃须刀片位于前框壁和后框壁之间，剃须刀片装配于侧框壁上，剃须刀片的刀刃朝向前框壁。修剪单元沿刀头框的纵向布置，修剪单元装配于侧框壁上，且修剪单元与后框壁之间围出沿刀头框纵向布置的收容槽(40)。润滑条(50)沿刀头框的纵向布置并插置于收容槽内，修剪单元与后框壁共同夹紧收容槽内的润滑条。该构造使得修剪单元具有修剪功能外，还兼有夹紧润滑条功能，从而能够节省加工工艺，降低材料的使用量和制造成本。
