现有选煤工艺大多数采用不分级的重选与浮选相结合的工艺,无论入选前脱或不脱泥,重选与浮选的分选粒度界限均为0.5mm,实际上由于两种分选方法本身的特点使得在0.5mm附近的煤粒分选效果较差,而这部分煤粒(一般指3-0.25mm)国标(GB/T7186-1998)定义为粗煤泥。这部分颗粒在选煤厂一般通过高频筛单独回收,其灰分介于精煤与中煤之间,一般比精煤灰分高2-5%,其最终去向难以确认。目前一般不对其分选,多数将其部分掺入精煤,另一部分掺入中煤。随着时代的发展和社会的需求,当前煤炭市场对煤炭产品的灰分要求越来越严格,近年来有少数选煤厂采用小直径重介旋流器或螺旋分选机对粗煤泥进行分选,但由于这两种装置本身的不足,无法达到满意的效果。小直径重介质旋流器的不足:对介质要求太细,介质制备和回收困难且成本高;对入料要求压力高,设备磨损严重,动力消耗大;虽然其分选粒度下限较低,但较细的物料分级效率低,一部分没有经过分选的细泥进入精煤,影响精煤灰分,同时其不能完全代替浮选。螺旋分选机不足:分选密度高,精煤不能达到最终要求的精煤灰分,其产品不能作为最终产品销售;单台处理量小,需要多台配合使用,占地面积大,高度大,同时需要调桨和分配装置,分配均匀性难以控制;对入料浓度要求严格,工业生产上难以控制。现有技术中,将化工上的流态化技术引入到选煤领域,已取得了良好的效果。中国技术专利(专利号:ZL200720037745.0)公开了一种液固 ...
