目前，空调是人们日常生活中常用的家用电器。其中，圆柱立式空调的过管孔都是在后盖板上预留的2个过管孔，过管孔与后盖板是一体结构。现在的这种一体结构，在安装过程中需要安装工人用工具敲掉其中一个位置合适的过管孔，在敲落过程中易造成敲落孔处有尖角和毛刺，可能划伤管道和连接线。在后期的移机过程中，可能由于过管的位置要求，需要敲落另一个过管孔用于过管和出线，前期敲落的过线孔由于不可恢复变成闲置孔，小动物易通过此孔进入空调内部破坏线路，造成线路短路甚至引起火灾。现有技术情况具体如图1所示，目前过管孔与后盖板是一体结构；结构形式为在后盖板上的过管孔处做出若干段连接筋和分离孔，在安装时用工具将若干段连接筋剪断后，即可将过管孔处的塑件去除，在后盖板上形成过管孔。在进行分体设计时，主要遇到的难点为解决脱落问题；通过止口与卡槽的配合，即可起到安装时的定位作用，又可限制后盖板与密封板配合处的变形问题导致密封板脱落。
