生活污水流化床一体化处理装置制造方法及图纸

采用碳钢材料，制作成一个四方体装置。水泵与射流器将生活污水与空气在装置底部注入，冲击橡胶颗粒填料并使其流化。污水中的有机物与有毒有害物质和橡胶颗粒填料上附着生长的微生物接触，转化成二氧化碳与水或其它无害物质。在完成处理程序后，污泥上升受阻，相互间碰撞絮凝，形成较大污泥颗粒沉降至集泥斗内，由排泥管重力排出。污水经过泥水分离，成为处理水，被紫外线灯杀菌处理后，达标排放。橡胶颗粒填料则被不锈钢筛网阻拦在装置内，总是呈流化态，与污水持续发生生物化学反应。经过一段时间的运行后，接触沉淀滤料需要进行反冲洗。（*该技术在2016年保护过期，可自由使用*）

The organic substance in sewage is contacted with the microorganisms that are poisonous and harmful substances and rubber particles, and is converted into carbon dioxide and water or other harmless substances. After the completion of the treatment process, the sludge rises blocked, and collisions with each other flocculation, the formation of larger sludge particles settling into the mud bucket, the gravity discharged by the mud pipe. The sewage is separated from the mud and water to be treated water, and is discharged by the ultraviolet lamp after being sterilized and treated. The rubber particle packing is blocked by the stainless steel screen, and the equipment is always in a fluidized state, which has a biochemical reaction with the sewage. After a period of operation, the contact filter material needs backwashing.
