The invention discloses a data synchronization transmission method, a device and a system of a space based route switching system. The method comprises: a broadcast unit board sent to the receiving unit in the first clock based on data, and to the receiving unit in continuous broadcast the first clock; the receiving unit receives a first clock in data based on the received data; receiving unit in second clock signal to be sent to the radio unit board based on, and the first clock based on the received broadcast to unit board to send data. The invention can complete the data transmission between the radio unit plate by a first clock radio unit and receiving unit plate, only three data lines between two elements, respectively, of sending and receiving data, and transmitting the first clock. The technical proposal can realize synchronous data transmission between the unit boards in the space-based routing switching system, and reduces the synchronization cost and simplifies the synchronous line.
