The invention discloses a V_Ce_Ni catalyst for SCR degradation of NO and its application, which belongs to the field of air pollution control and environmental protection catalytic environment. The catalyst was prepared by ultrasonic-assisted impregnation with P25 titanium dioxide as the carrier, V as the main active component and Ce and Ni as additives. Firstly, the solution of NH4VO3, Ce(NO3)2.6H_2O, Ni(NO3)2.6H_2O with metering ratio was weighed, and then the solution of P25_Ti_2 was added to continue the ultrasonic treatment.
