全息防伪在当下已得到非常广泛的应用,从大众消费品的烟酒、食品饮料、日化用品、医药包装,到高端的证卡、票签和货币等,都可见到该种带全息图案的防伪膜痕迹。制作防伪膜的关键在于全息电化铝工艺,现有的全息电化铝生产工艺包括:光刻制版、电铸镀版、拼版、做膜、模压、镀铝、涂胶、分切等工序。具体包括:通过设计人员用绘图软件绘制好客户需要的图案,以及在图案的拿一部分决定采用哪种防伪手段,然后将数据导入光刻机,用光刻机在光刻胶上面光刻出客户需求的图案以及相对应的防伪效果,然后电铸工序将光刻胶喷银等之后进行电离,一定时间后光刻胶的表面就会有一层析出的金属镍版,将金属镍版剥离后就得到了一个有防伪图案的单元镍版,送往拼版工序,拼版工序将一块表面平整,平行度、光洁度高的塑料基材作为全息图案载体,利用塑料基材的热变形原理对单元镍版加热加压重复的将全息图案拷贝在塑料基材上,然后送往电铸,电铸在拥有多枚全息图案的塑料基材表面喷银和喷剥离剂等溶剂后,通过电镀的化学方式进行电离,当析出足够量的金属镍之后,剥离剂可保证金属镍层和塑料基材上的全息图案层分离,再利用银镜反应让金属镍版的表面像镜子一样光洁且完整的将多枚一样的全息图案复制到金属镍板上,同时材料中心提供一批表面材质特殊的PET膜,模压工序利用模压机将金属镍版上的全息图案复制到PET膜上,送往镀铝、涂胶、分切、检验工序,如此一个拥有防伪能力的全息电化铝产品便产生了。现有的塑料基材是通过挤压成型等特殊工艺制得,在模具与塑性材料的接触面 ...
