The invention discloses a cutting force measuring method based on two points deformation of a cutter bar, which is used for solving the technical problem of the poor practicability of the existing cutting force measuring method. The technical scheme is to select two displacement sensor points along the vertical direction of the cutter bar, and calculate the tool stiffness by using the theoretical knowledge of the mechanics of materials. Secondly, the displacement sensor is fixed and installed at the selected position by using the magnetic watch seat and the auxiliary resin clamp, and the deformation displacement of the two measuring points on the upper and lower parts of the cutter bar is collected. Again, the displacement signal of two displacement sensor to collect the data processing, the cutter bar cutting force caused by upper and lower deformation measurement point, and then the two are subtracted, cutting force caused by knife rod deformation measurement points relative to the upper measuring point. Finally, the cutting force can be indirectly obtained by using the determined tool stiffness. The invention is suitable for cutting tools of high speed steel, hard alloy, etc., and can accurately measure the cutting force of feeding direction and feeding direction in two directions, and has good practicability.
