A single modal and antifriction driven single drive footplate shaped piezoelectric motor, which belongs to the class of piezoelectric motor. The motor is composed of a plate stator and a linear guide rail. The guide rail is pressed by the pre pressure on the driving foot of the plate shaped stator. The stator is in the form of a plate, which comprises a vibrator body and single driving foot is composed of two parts; the piezoelectric ceramic vibrator main body is cuboid and three polarization partition it; the single driving foot by adhesion or welding or sintering and oscillator subject combination composed of wear resistant materials. The motor is designed with two modes of resonance and non resonance. In the resonant mode, single mode stator in oblique line trajectory and friction drive to work, push forward and reverse movement guide; in the non resonant mode, the stator in the forced vibration and friction drive to work, push forward and reverse movement guide. Compared with the existing piezoelectric motor, the piezoelectric motor not only can effectively improve the output power, but also has a wide drive frequency and reliable operation.
