The invention discloses an audio positioning and tracking device, a method for guiding the camera to view the audio source, and a video conference terminal. In one embodiment, the apparatus includes: (1) the audio source identifier is configured for multi mode sensor data from at least two different types of sensors based on the positioning of the audio source; and (2) image selector is configured to automatically guide the camera to view the audio source.
