The invention discloses a method for preparing high-purity manganese sulfate and high-purity manganese carbonate by iron ore reduction leaching of pyrolusite. It is in the sulfuric acid medium iron in pyrolusite manganese leaching, then by using neutralization method to adjust the pH value to 5~6 hydrolysis of ferric iron solution for ferric hydroxide precipitation, manganese sulfate initial filtrate and residue obtained after filtration. The initial filtrate is added with a vulcanizing agent to remove the heavy metal ions, then the fluoride is added to remove the calcium and magnesium ions in the solution, and the solution is settled before removing the precipitate. The purified solution is concentrated crystallization to prepare high-purity manganese sulfate; two is to prepare high purity manganese carbonate by adding ammonium carbonate; the ammonium sulfate is concentrated after the filtrate is concentrated. The slag in the first step is leached with dilute sulfuric acid solution, and the filtered filtrate is obtained by removing calcium, setting aside and concentrating to obtain the polymerized ferric sulfate.
