The invention provides an earphone key detecting device, which comprises a microphone, a vocal tract, a signal line, a field effect tube and a detection signal line. Channel signal line of the microphone can jump from high level to low level; the gate of the NMOS transistor is connected to the microphone signal line, the NMOS FET grounded source; the drain with a resistor NMOS FET pull-up branch is connected, on the other hand connected with the detection signal line; detecting the signal line in the low level jump to high level, generating an interrupt signal. The invention also provides an earphone key detecting method and a mobile terminal applying the earphone key detection device. The invention saves CPU resources and reduces detection cost, development cost and detection time.
