一种实现受控组播的系统，用于千兆以太网无源光网络中，其包括光网络单元，光纤线路终端，计费系统，终端用户，其中，所述光网络单元进一步包括抓包引擎模块，用于建立和维护终端用户的ＭＡＣ地址与网络用户端口之间的对应关系。本发明专利技术在保证用户正常申请和获取组播流的前提下，通过光网络单元让组播流量不向非法用户复制实现对用户权限的控制，对业务运行的可控制可管理，同时也大大节省了用户与光网络单元之间的带宽。
