盲人交通信息制式制造技术

国内外现行盲砖和声讯，都存在缺陷和误导隐患。本发明专利技术的交通盲砖可显示左、前、右、上、下、十和Ｔ字路口的出路，无须再用盲杖或脚到盲砖外探测。还可“一脚了然”公交、地铁、隧道。天桥、公厕、南北指向和商业，政府等社会服务系统。对盲人很不安全的过街声讯，采用有时差的有编码（能识别方位）的双脉冲。而禁行声讯则采用无时间差能秒计时的单脉冲的悦耳音符。再加不同脉冲间隔、音频、音量等区别，则盲人很易正确判断，消除障碍和危险。编码音符还可作公交、地铁的上行、下行、顺时、反时向等声讯。在冰封时期，以“声道”代替盲道，提示通行声讯。再加气流遥控器，仍使盲人“一耳了然”沿街路况，而安全、便利的上街购物。增加生存能力，树立人格尊严。

【技术实现步骤摘要】

本专利技术虽能克服国际多年使用的盲人交通信息制式上的缺陷，但也仅属简单的信息和电子技术。不过本专利技术不是一般社会商品，所以和千万众多专利技术专利不同的是，即除须知识产权局审批外，还须有关交通、公安、城建等立法。执法政府部门批用，才能实施。正如我国电视广播制式采用德国专利PAL制式，为防止技术不统一造成混乱而经济损失，所以对性能“各有所长”的美国NTSC、法国SECAM制式均全拒用。电脑排字也是须国家统一的排他制式。而“人命关天”的盲人交通信息制式，更属国家统一执行设施。 如本专利技术所述优点“名不符实”，相信国内外任何负责任的城市都不会采用。相反如本国未即时(一年内)批准采用，则外国城市即可按国际专利法，通过我国公布的“专利公报”，而免费无偿使用本专利技术专利。为防止我国有二十年保护期的知识产权，“白送”外国使用，反会遭国际嘲笑之耻发生。所以在本专利技术获得专利申请号后，即冒昧的向国家有关部门和残联呈上本专利申请说明，希望能同时并行审核。不论批准与否，只烦请在审批时间上不要过长，以免误失申请外国专利的良机。
