新型热量表。它涉及到热流量计技术领域。它由热流量计、温度传感器、积分仪组成，在热流量计的壳体内设有叶轮装置，其出水口与壳体的出水口相连，进水口连通壳体内腔；在叶轮轮毂顶面１／６～１／２面积上贴覆有金属片；电感器设置在叶轮轮毂上方，并连接积分仪。本发明专利技术的壳体进水口连通内腔，叶轮装置置于腔室内，叶轮装置的进水口设在侧壁上，出水口设在叶轮装置的下部，直接连通壳体的出水口；这样就使水流的方向从自下而上变为自上而下，防止了沉淀物的产生，使水流通畅，提高了产品的使用寿命。
