无论是废气处理领域还是现有技术中,常用热交换器为管道式,即一根蜿蜒曲回的封闭管设置在一封闭的壳体中:于封闭管中通入高温介质、封闭壳体中通入低温物体,则构成加热器;于封闭管中通入低温介质、封闭壳体中通入高温物体,则构成散热器,反之亦然。但管道式热交换器与待热交换的物体之间的接触面积是有限的,不与循环管管壁接触的介质或物体的热交换效率低,因此现有技术往往通过缩小循环管的直径、增加循环管弯曲的数量来提高接触面积。但循环管自身弯曲曲度、材料、占用空间等以及介质的流速等各方面的限制,仍然在一定程度上限制了循环管散热的效率。因此,不少厂家推出了板式散热器,绝大部分分为两种,第一、在平板上设置蜿蜒曲回的封闭管,将平板作为导热中介,其本质上与管道式区别不大;第二,在平板上设置若干散热片,该种板式散热器加工不便,于风冷领域中应用较好,但散热片本身会对液体流动产生极大的阻力,导致其在水冷领域中应用存在较大问题。基于此,提出本案申请。
