技术介绍
近年来,随着UVLED光固化技术的日趋成熟,UVLED灯带其多用于喷墨打印固化、标签印刷油墨固化、普通喷码固化、柔版印刷油墨固化等领域的照射固化,因此对UVLED灯带的照度有了更高的要求。由于LED光源发出光的分布较为分散,光源的照明亮度不佳,往往需要通过外部透镜的整形处理才能满足亮度需求。而UVLED光源的照度如果超过阈值照度,会带来固化速度的加倍提升,从而提高固化效率。现有技术中UVLED灯带的四合一灯珠其四合一芯片的排列呈左上角一个芯片、右上角一个芯片、左下角一一个芯片、右下角一个芯片的正四角排列方式,如图1、图2所示。这种排列方式在使用时与外部透镜的位置关系使得四合一灯珠的照度不能最大地聚焦发挥,如图3所示,因此在同样灯珠数量的情况下使得光照效率不能充分发挥,效率达到最佳。
