目前,国内外组装电阻片的结构一般分为空腔穿芯杆结构、空腔夹杆笼式结构、环氧带缠绕模压结构、夹杆笼式模压结构、环氧带缠绕芯组空腔注胶结构,其中空腔穿芯杆结构为电阻片与调整垫块叠加套入绝缘杆中形成电阻片柱。穿芯杆结构主要靠弹簧压力固定电阻片,在芯组结构不高时,弹簧压力足够固定电阻片牢固;在芯组较高时,需要较大的弹力才能把电阻片固定牢固,但弹力过大反而会损伤电阻片。现有结构存在的缺点是电阻片固定不牢固,绝缘杆与电阻片之间有间隙且高度方向只有弹簧力压紧,在路况较差的运输情况下,电阻片容易上下窜动、水平转动,从而导致电阻片互相摩擦、磕碰而损坏电阻片。
