An industrial fermentation method for co-production of xylanase and other coenzymes was introduced. Aspergillus niger was inoculated in seed culture medium and cultured in eggplant bottle. The culture temperature was 28 35 and the time was 24 hours. As fermentation seed liquid, it was inoculated into seed pot and cultured in fermentation medium. The fermentation temperature was 28 35 and the fermentation culture time was 30 hours. After fermentation, the seed liquid was collected and connected. Seed to fermentation tank, fermentation medium was used for fermentation culture. After fermentation, fermentation broth was collected and xylanase and other coenzymes were obtained. The advantages are as follows: fermentation with Aspergillus Niger to prepare xylanase has reasonable technology, stable fermentation process, high number of viable bacteria, high enzyme activity and wide market application prospect. Coenzymes include neutral protease, alkaline protease, acidic protease, fungal amylase, cellulase, beta glucanase, pectinase, saccharifying enzyme, neutral mannanase and acid mannanase, which are suitable. It is suitable for industrial production.
