下行数据的ACK/NACK信息反馈方法及相关设备技术

本发明专利技术实施例公开一种下行数据的ACK/NACK信息反馈方法，包括：获取用户设备的处理能力信息，并将所述处理能力信息上报给基站；获取下行数据包的数据信息；根据所述处理能力信息及数据信息，计算所述用户设备针对所述下行数据包进行数据解码及ACK/NACK信息编码所需要的基础延迟时间；接收基站针对所述下行数据包下发的额外延迟时间，所述额外延迟时间用于指示反馈所述下行数据包对应的ACK/NACK信息的子帧的位置；根据所述基础延迟时间和所述额外延迟时间之和，选择对应的子帧反馈所述下行数据包对应的ACK/NACK信息。另，本发明专利技术实施例还公开一种应用所述方法的基站及用户设备。所述方法可以有效降低数据传输延迟。
