The present application discloses an organic mixture comprising an organic compound H1 and an organic compound H2, in which the organic compound H1 has electronic transport properties, and the organic compound H1 has a ((LUMO+1)LUMO) > 0.1eV and min((LUMO(H1)HOMO(H2), LUMO(H2)HOMO(H1)= min (ET(H1), ET(H2)). The organic compound H1 and the organic compound H2 facilitate the formation of exciplex complexes and have balanced charge transfer properties. The organic compound H1 has high stability for electronic transmission, so it can effectively improve the efficiency and life of related electronic devices and provide an effective scheme for improving the overall performance of electronic devices.
