市面上LED面板灯主流有侧入式发光面板灯和直下式发光面板灯。直下式发光,为LED设置在出光面的正后方直接照射发光。直下式发光面板灯,为灯体底盘上设置有阵列的LED光源组件,在灯体出光面设置有一片覆盖整个出光面的光学盖板,光学盖板为扩散板、菱镜板或者其他,以获得整个出光面均匀的发光效果。现有的直下式发光面板灯:采用塑胶灯盘设计的面板灯绝缘性佳但散热差,严重影响LED的散热,降低灯具使用寿命;采用冲压折弯成型的底盘,底盘底部多数为平整的平面,LED光源组件的PCB的固定多数通过双面胶粘接或者打孔螺丝固定或者铆钉固定,实现平整的LED阵列分布,生产起来较为困难和繁琐,且采用双面胶粘接需要找点对位,否则容易贴歪,多次热胀冷缩后易翘起或脱落,影响发光均匀效果;采用铝框螺丝拼接加平整的后盖板设计底盘,生产工艺繁琐,材料成本人工成本较高,亦存在LED光源组件PCB的固定难点。焊接铝框时铝框容易变形,报废率高。厚度均较厚,基本介于45-60mm之间,体积大,大大增加了包装和运输成本,特别是对于外贸出口费用更高。为实现发光均匀光学设计,在底盘上,内部采用喷白工艺(为白油、白漆或者白粉),或者采用反射片工艺;在LED光源上,采用大量LED光源进行满天星阵列分布发光,或者采用一定数量LED光源再配以折反射式光学透镜进行阵列分布发光;在出光面上,采用扩散板、菱镜板或者其他光学板材;以上几种光学设计方法,可形成多种组合,但从光源PCB的固定,到光学材料的选择和固定,到混光高度与发光效果设计 ...
