This method includes: DU determines integrity protection parameters and integrity protection algorithm, integrity protection parameters and integrity protection algorithm are used to protect the integrity of signaling wireless bearer between DU and UE; DU determines message authentication code MAC_I according to integrity protection parameters and integrity protection algorithm; DU receives control signaling sent by RC layer of DU and carries MAC_I under control. Signaling is sent inward to UE.
