In order to solve the above problems, the hydrogen generating mask of the invention is characterized by having a first diaphragm component having at least a flexible diaphragm shape, and a second diaphragm component with a flexible diaphragm formed by some or all of the non-woven fabrics, wherein the surface of the first diaphragm component is coated with a gel material containing water in the composition. The surface of the second diaphragm component includes or is coated with metal particles that can react with water to produce hydrogen. The surface of the first diaphragm component and the surface of the second diaphragm component can be butted.
