不可逆电穿孔设备及其操作方法技术

不可逆电穿孔设备(1，2)，其包括：脉冲形成装置(10)，其被配置为产生双极性脉冲；和电极(20)，其被配置为从脉冲形成装置(10)接收双极性脉冲并适于将双极性脉冲施加到生物组织。其中，双极性脉冲的脉冲宽度和在生物组织中产生的电场强度被设置为足以在生物组织的细胞膜上产生不可逆电穿孔。该双极性脉冲可以有效地增加消融电场的均匀性，并且双极性脉冲的脉冲宽度和在生物组织中产生的电场强度足以在生物组织的细胞膜上产生不可逆电穿孔，从而减小消融盲区。

Irreversible electric piercing equipment and its operation method

The irreversible electroporation device (1, 2) comprises a pulse forming device (10) configured to generate bipolar pulses and an electrode (20) configured to receive bipolar pulses from the pulse forming device (10) and is suitable for applying bipolar pulses to biological tissues. Among them, the pulse width of bipolar pulses and the electric field intensity generated in biological tissues are set to be sufficient to produce irreversible electrical perforation on the cell membrane of biological tissues. The bipolar pulse can effectively increase the uniformity of ablation electric field, and the pulse width and the electric field intensity generated by the bipolar pulse are enough to produce irreversible electrical perforation on the cell membrane of biological tissue, thus reducing the ablation blind area.
