The invention relates to the preparation technology of metal coating anticorrosive material, aiming at providing a preparation method of a simple anticorrosive agent BTA with large load anticorrosive coating. Zinc acetate dihydrate, diethylene glycol and benzotriazole were stirred at 100 to fully dissolve, heated to 150 to condense and reflux, and the reaction was terminated after 6 hours; the precipitation in the product was centrifugally washed with absolute ethanol to prepare BTA zinc oxide composite microspheres; and dispersed in ethanol; then added Span 80, adjusted the pH value and added ethyl orthosilicate drop by drop to continue the reaction for 8 hours; Silica coated BTA zinc oxide microspheres were obtained by centrifugal washing with absolute ethanol. The microspheres were added into waterborne anticorrosive coatings under stirring conditions, and the proportion of microspheres in the coatings was 5-10%. After further stirring, anticorrosive coatings were obtained. The vacuum impregnation process of the load corrosion inhibitor of the load structure is omitted, and the preparation process of the load structure is simplified. The load of BTA can be further increased, and more microspheres can be added without affecting the dense structure of the final coating.
