In the combined forging and rolling process for complex arc-shaped forgings with variable cross-section, the alloy ingot is heated to 1150-1180 C, then the prefabricated billet is produced through upsetting, punching and reaming processes. The prefabricated billet is heated to 1150-1180 C, and the billet is taken out and placed on the ring mill. The main roll bushing and the core roll bushing are respectively sleeved on the main roll and the core roll. The ring mill is started and the main roll is rolled. Driven by the core roll, the top and bottom cone rolls are pressed on the two ends of the blank at the same time, and rolling begins. 复杂弧形截面薄壁锻件是某设备的关键部件,如图1所示。材料为高强度合金钢,由于形状不规则,且截面厚度尺寸变化较大(最薄处2mm,最厚处120mm,)锻造存在较大的难度。常规的制造方法有以下两种:方法一:按照轮廓尺寸,将锻件锻造成一个环件,然后进行机械加工;方法二:先锻造成一个环件,再通过模具进行折弯,然后机械加工;但是由于该锻件尺寸较大,需要6000吨以上的液压机进行成形。由于结构的特殊性,现有方法的材料利用率非常低(约为20%),同时经过大余量的机械加工,切断了金属纤维,降低了产品的使用寿命和综合性能,且制造周期长,无法满足设备进度需求。
技术实现思路
