水网离心净化装置制造方法及图纸

水网离心净化装置是由离心风轮、星形鱼鳞网折板、雾化喷头、消音导流装置组成。离心风轮外围设有均布的星形鱼鳞网折板，鱼鳞网板是网孔有沿气流方向张开一定角度的鱼鳞板。进风口处设有朝向进风口油烟气流喷射水雾的雾化喷头。油烟气流和水雾雾滴被吸入离心风轮形成涡旋气流，水雾雾滴与叶轮叶片和鱼鳞网板碰撞产生2次雾化，并与油烟烟尘充分混合、碰撞，气流中的颗粒物密度大，惯性大，转弯半径大，不能急速转弯进入鱼鳞网网孔，粘附在鱼鳞网板，与水沫下流至循环水箱。由于水雾捕集和惯性分离的双重净化作用，提高了油烟净化效率，也减少了失水。消音导流装置提高流通效率，降低噪音，便于在室内应用。
