The present invention relates to a dynamic bone traction bracket, including a main body, which is integrally formed. The main body comprises a rear antagonistic part, a middle traction part and a front hook-shaped part. The antagonistic part is arc-shaped. After the two bending parts at the lower end of the antagonistic part bend backward, they all extend forward in a horizontal direction to form a straight part, and the traction part is in a paperclip-shaped needle-shaped setting. One end of the traction part is butted with the straight part, the other end extends forward to butt with the back end of the hook part. The hook part is S-shaped, and the front end is a free end. The advantages of the present invention are that only two parallel steel needles (one at the traction part and one at the antagonism part) are inserted into the phalanx when the phalanx is tracted, and the steel needle at the antagonism part needs to pass through the rotation center of the phalangeal condyle so as to facilitate the non-eccentric movement of the fingers during passive flexion and extension after the operation. There is no relative rotation between the opposing part and the phalanges. The damage to phalanges is less and the difficulty of operation is reduced.
