无线电能传输(WirelessPowerTransfer,WPT)具有充电便捷、安全等特点,使得该技术得到迅速发展,并在电动汽车、医疗、采矿等特殊充电领域得到了广泛应用。亚克朗大学的MostakMohammad教授利用Double-Dpad(DDP)线圈对电动汽车进行无线充电,通过对DDP线圈与圆形线圈比较分析可知,DDP线圈在系统耦合空间的磁场更加聚集,系统磁耦合效率较高。但是发射、接收线圈间的气隙较大,系统磁泄漏比较严重。目前,对无线电能传输系统漏磁的屏蔽一般采用双侧平面铝板屏蔽结构,如图1-图3所示,该结构通过屏蔽板的反射以及板上感应涡流产生的反向磁场,抵消入射磁场实现屏蔽。该结构可显著抑制系统纵向的磁场泄漏,但系统横向杂散磁场的泄漏仍然严重,且铝板的加入会加剧线圈之间磁场的衰减速率,还存在以下不足:1、基于磁耦合原理的无线电能传输系统一、二次侧线圈之间气隙较大,由初级线圈发射到次级线圈的磁场无磁路限制,系统磁场杂散,磁泄漏严重;2、磁泄漏不仅降低了系统的传输效率,也会对系统周围空间产生电磁辐射,造成环境电磁污染;3、采用双侧平面铝板对系统漏磁进行屏蔽,可降低系统纵向磁场的泄漏,但铝屏蔽板的引入会增加系统内部磁场的衰减速率,降低系统磁场的耦合效率;同时,横向磁泄漏水平明显降低,但仍然超标。
