The invention discloses a method for removing mycotoxin from mildewed corn and transforming it into xylitol, which mainly degrades zearalenone and aflatoxin B1. On the basis of not affecting the production process of xylitol, the mycotoxin in maize was degraded by adding the complex enzyme solution of Bacillus BELIS and Streptomyces roseus. The invention studies some steps of xylitol production by fermentation, such as pretreatment, water extraction, fermentation process, and one or several steps of purification process, in which the compound enzyme solution of Bacillus berescens and Streptomyces rosporus is added to play the detoxification effect. Zearalenone and aflatoxin B1 in mildewed corn were efficiently degraded by complex enzyme solution, and the content of mycotoxin in xylitol was reduced to their respective safety limits. The invention has the characteristics of safety, high efficiency, cleanliness and pollution-free, and is suitable for detoxification of mycotoxins in mildewed corn and for the process of safe production of xylitol.
