The present invention discloses a preparation method of selenium sulfide compounds. By the action of trifluoromethanesulfonic acid and diethyl azodicarbonate with catalytic amount, the method can effectively oxidize and break the S_S (Se_Se) bond to produce sulfur or selenium positive ions, which can be attacked by different nucleophilic reagents to obtain various types of selenium sulfide compounds. When oleic acid, enol or enamine are used as substrates, the cyclized alkyl selenide sulfides can be obtained efficiently by this method. When aryl boric acid or aromatic ring are used as substrates, asymmetric aryl selenium sulfide compounds can be synthesized by this method. The method is simple and easy to operate, does not contain metal participation, fast and convenient, mild conditions, wide application range of reaction substrates, good regioselectivity, high yield, and can efficiently synthesize various types of selenium sulfide compounds.
