空气增力器制造技术

一种空气增力器,是在外管(11)内的周围以及中央分别形成迂回的周侧流道(C)以及直线的牵引流道(B),对应该牵引流道(B)前端的位置,在外管(11)形成渐缩部(12)与输出管(13),在渐缩部(12)内形成与前述两流道相通的气室(A);使用时是将燃烧装置的进气口与输出管(13)相连,透过燃烧装置运作产生的负压,由牵引流道(B)、周侧流道(C)吸入环境的空气,当牵引流道(B)朝输出管(13)流出速度较快的空气时,由周侧流道(C)输入气室的较缓慢的空气会被牵引向前并形成涡流,增强气体进入燃烧装置时的速度与压力,使燃烧装置内的燃料完全燃烧,增强燃烧装置的燃烧效率以降低油耗并提升输出功率,同时降低污染避免不完全燃烧黑烟的排放。

Air booster

An air intensifier is a circumferential flow channel (C) and a straight traction flow channel (B) formed around and in the center of the outer tube (11), corresponding to the position of the front end of the traction flow channel (B), forming a progressive part (12) and an output pipe (13) in the outer tube (11), and forming an air chamber (A) in the progressive part (12) which communicates with the two flow channels mentioned above. The air inlet of the combustion device is connected with the output pipe (13), and the negative pressure generated by the operation of the combustion device is sucked into the ambient air by the traction channel (B) and the peripheral channel (C). When the traction channel (B) flows out of the faster air towards the output pipe (13), the slower air from the peripheral channel (C) input chamber will be pulled forward and paralleled. Vortex flow can enhance the speed and pressure of gas entering the combustion device, make the fuel in the combustion device burn completely, enhance the combustion efficiency of the combustion device to reduce fuel consumption and increase output power, and reduce pollution to avoid the emission of incomplete combustion black smoke.
