A method for preparing coal-oil slurry by particle size gradation of pulverized coal and its preparation method is described. Coal-oil slurry with pulverized coal particle size gradation is composed of solvent oil and pulverized coal with two-stage particle size gradation, in which the dry mass concentration of pulverized coal is 5-70%. The preparation methods are as follows: 1) fine pulverized coal is crushed to obtain pulverized coal with particle size less than 3000 micron; 2) fine pulverized coal and coarse pulverized coal with peak particle size less than 100 micron and 101 micron to 3000 micron, respectively; 3) graded pulverized coal is mixed with solvent oil according to the dry mass ratio of coarse pulverized coal to fine pulverized coal 0.1-1:1. Coal-oil slurry is obtained, and the dry mass concentration of pulverized coal in the coal-oil slurry is 5-70%. Under the same pulverized coal concentration, the preparation method of the oil-coal slurry can effectively reduce the viscosity of the oil-coal slurry, the mass fraction of the dry-based pulverized coal can reach 70%, and the oil-coal slurry has good stability and rheology. It can reduce the probability of \ball-wrapping\ phenomenon and reduce the energy consumption of coal grinding.
