技术介绍
煤矿一般设置有主井和副井,主井用于提升运输煤炭,一般采用箕斗提升方式进行;副井用于提升运输人员、矸石、设备、支护材料等,一般采用罐笼提升方式进行。当主提升机箕斗提升的煤炭到达井口后,将煤炭侧卸下落到料仓内,然后操作料仓下部的液压闸门,使煤炭均匀陆续落入下部的运输皮带上,依次通过导料槽及运煤皮带线将煤炭直接运往选煤厂。近年随着生产巷道的延伸,煤巷、岩巷进尺连年增加,矸石量也逐渐增大,近期个别矿井副井矸石运输出现紧张情况,需要利用主提升机完成一定的矸石提升,由于目前主提升机料仓给煤系统结构的限制,给煤运输系统只能向一个方向运输煤炭,限制了主提升同时兼做运输矸石的作用,目前还没有主提升料仓同时兼做运输矸石的装置。
