The reagent B is 10 ~ 15mM, and the reagent B is hydroxy naphthol blue powder dissolving with nuclease water and the concentration is 13 to 17mM. The advantage of the invention is that compared with the current common dyestuffs, the new mixed dye makes the result of the reaction more easily read, the color difference between the negative and positive results is more obvious, and the error of the result is avoided to a great extent.
