高效节能型电取暖器具
本专利技术的构思采用的是光转变热能。传导箱体采用光能转变热能持续而稳定的加热箱体四周从而散发热量,来达到取暖的目的。本专利技术前期采用的是汽车上的55W卤素灯固定安装在铝制的完全密封箱体内,半小时后箱体散热温度为40℃以上,一小时后温度恒定在55℃左右,达到房间的取暖效果,但本人因为在试验中所使用的卤素灯在使用寿命上只有5-6百个小时,而取暖季按照北方陕西的四个月换算时间为2880小时,卤素灯的使用寿命上一年要更换5-6次,相对的使用成本及更换频率较高,放弃了使用卤素灯的想法,而采用了使用寿命超长的氙气灯,而且氙气灯与卤素灯相比更为节能每小时只需要35W,并且所散发的热量要比卤素灯高许多。本人经过测试将55W的卤素灯和35W的氙气灯分别安放在一个密封的外径42mm内经为38mm高度为100mm的铝管内,同时加热十五分钟后得到的数据为,55W卤素灯可将铝管加热到85℃-95℃之间,而35W氙气灯的加热温度则高达110℃-120℃之间。在使用寿命上氙气灯能达到3000-6000小时左右,完全能达到开启一次就能提供一年的取暖季的不间断供暖需求, ...
