The invention discloses a highly adjustable new lighting lamp, which consists of a LED lamp strip, a start button, a body, a guide slot, a prismatic light, a bracket, a hanging hole and a power plug. The body is composed of a main body slide, a frame, a chain gear, a fixed chain ring, a support slide block, a slide block, and a chain. The invention is highly adjustable. A new type of lighting fixtures, the main body slot is fixed vertically in the body with the slider, and the slider is fastened to the bracket. The chain gear inside the body is arranged in a triangle, and the chain is connected in order by a chain.
