一种故障维修方法及系统，包括：服务器通过与商品之间建立的通信链路，得到所述商品中各器件的电压值(210)，所述商品中各器件的电压值是通过所述商品对其中各器件的端电压进行监测得到的；判断所述商品中各器件的电压值是否均处于预设范围内(230)，若为否，则按照电压值不处于预设范围内的商品的器件生成自检反馈结果；根据生成的所述自检反馈结果获取商品维修信息，并向客户端推送所述商品维修信息(250)。采用该故障维修方法及系统能够有效地提高商品故障维修的效率。
