收线机用于钢绞线的收线，目前，现有的钢绞线收线机的收线轮是不能扩张、伸缩的收线工字轮，用收线工字轮收好一盘钢绞线后，首先需要进行钢绞线捆扎，捆扎好后需要人工垫高钢绞线钢卷下端，拆卸收线工字轮，取出钢绞线钢卷，然后再装好收线工字轮，继续收下一盘钢绞线，频繁的拆卸、装配收线工字轮不仅增加了工人的劳动强度，而且占用收线机收线时间，收线效率低，现有的收线机也没有自动卸刚卷机构，从收线轮上把捆扎好的钢卷卸下时，卸下的钢卷再用运输工具运走，其中捆扎好的钢卷在等待运输工具运走的时间与在运输工具上固定、运输的时间，收线机都不工作，造成收线机收线效率低。
