现有的反渗透纯净水机存储纯净水的压力蓄水桶一般都是由硬质的压力桶外壳、柔性隔膜内胆、充气阀、进出管口组成,用压缩空气作为蓄能装置的压力桶。其中柔性隔膜内胆将桶内空间分割为蓄能腔和蓄水腔两个部分。现有蓄水压力桶的工作原理是:从充气阀预先向蓄能腔充进一定压强的气体,并封闭充气阀,从进出管口向蓄水腔充填一定压力的净水,并进一步压缩蓄能腔中的气体,蓄积压缩势能。当用水时,进出管口处的压力降低,净水在压缩空气的作用下从进出管口排出到管道,弥补净水机制水速度的不足,解决应急大流量供水问题。这种压力蓄水桶内部的柔性隔膜内胆属于隐蔽部件,其品质不容易保证,并且容易疲劳损坏,基于柔性隔膜的材质问题对水质和口味有不良影响,柔性隔膜与桶壳之间的密封容易失效,基于内部柔性隔膜的安装与密封对工艺要求较高、产品整体质量不容易保证,现有压力蓄水桶的造价较高。尤其把这种压力蓄水桶用作压力溶气罐时,不能把蓄能腔内的气体用作溶质气体,需要在蓄水腔内另外补充溶质气体,经济性较差。
