一种手机防爆盒，由盒体、盒盖、风扇构成。盒体为长方体构造，盒体左、右侧面上有进风口。盒盖通过合页装置跟盒体后侧面相连。盒盖上装有风扇，风扇的作用抽出盒体内的空气，带走充电时手机或其它手持设备散发出来的热量。盒体以及盒盖的材料为三层复合结构，最内层为耐高温抗冲击材料（如合金材料），中层为弹性材料（如硅胶、橡胶等），外层为隔热材料（如石棉）。
