现有的常见普通散热器如图1所示，将MOS管固定在散热器上时，需要根据电路板上焊孔的距离先在散热器表面钻孔，之后通过螺丝将MOS管固定在散热器上，MOS管运行过程中产生的热量扩散到散热片，将热量排到空气中。由于电路板上常常是多个散热器并排使用，且电路板上的元器件一般排布很紧密，散热器周围还有一些其他元器件。因此一旦某一个MOS管损坏，比如并排放置的三个散热器中间的散热器上的MOS管损坏，更换MOS管时则需要先拆下排在前面的散热器，之后才能拆下中间位置的散热器；而当排在前面的散热器周围有各种元器件紧密分布时，螺丝刀无法旋松固定螺丝，此时只能将MOS管和散热器一起从电路板上拆下，需要大量的烙铁一起配合，耗时费力，非常不便。此外，散热器表面钻孔之后，一般便不能再重复利用，不具有通用性，造成资源浪费。
