产品翻转机构制造技术

一种产品翻转机构，包括旋转气缸(11)和翻转轴(12)，翻转轴(12)转动连接至旋转气缸(11)；翻转轴(12)包括相对设置的第一侧面(121)、第二侧面(122)，以及贯穿第一侧面(121)和第二侧面(122)设置的至少一个用于夹持产品的弹性夹持孔(101)，旋转气缸(11)用于驱动翻转轴(12)绕其轴线转动以获得第一侧面(121)位于顶部或第二侧面(122)位于顶部的两种状态。这种机构由于弹性夹持部的设置，可以将产品露出翻转轴底部的部分向上方推，以使产品露出于翻转轴的顶部，从而方便下一工位的机械手抓取翻转后的产品；下一工位的机械手抓取产品时，抓取的是翻转后的产品的上部，翻转后的产品的下部距离产品孔较近，因此较容易将产品插入产品孔中。
