本发明专利技术实施例公开了一种测量的方法，包括：终端通过第一摄像头获取包含待测物体的第一图像，并通过第二摄像头获取包含所述待测物体的第二图像，其中，所述第一摄像头和所述第二摄像头设置在同一平面上；比较在所述第一图像和所述第二图像中所述待测物体的位置，得到所述待测物体的位置偏移总量；接收用户基于所述第一图像输入的测量点选定指令，根据所述位置偏移总量、所述第一摄像头的中心和所述第二摄像头的中心的距离以及所述第一摄像头的焦距，计算选定的测量点之间的距离。本发明专利技术实施例还公开了一种终端置。采用本发明专利技术，可简单方便地使用具备双摄像头的终端测量待测物体的尺寸。
