原油是电的不良导体,易产生静电电荷积聚。在油田装卸油作业中多采用上部喷注方式,使鹤管喷出带电量及液面冲击带电量大幅度上升,易在液面形成高电位,当瞬间释放能超过原油气最小点火能时,引起罐车的燃烧或爆炸。装卸原油作业时静电带电包括两个方面,一是罐车壁带电,二是罐车内原油带电。罐体壁带电是原油内的静电荷引起,原油电阻率高,传递给罐体壁的静电非常有限。传统罐车防静电拖地带及电磁接地桩有利于消除罐体壁与大地之间的电位差,却不能消除罐车内部由于各点电场强度的差异分布引起原油中任意两点间的电位差,而这种电位差放电导致罐车爆炸的风险更高。与轻质成品油相比较,原油内杂质多、含水率大,静电产生机理更复杂。目前国内外学者主要开展成品油静电危害研究,而针对原油静电危害研究较少;罐体壁静电泄放装置可靠性无法实现过程监控;原油液面静电多采用静置方式进行自然逸散,泄放装置较少;控制参数主要选择装卸油流速,而静电电位控制较少,无法实现闭环控制。
